NANGA has developed two types of down jackets in collaboration with Mobile Suit Gundam, the WHITEBASE model and the FARMEL model, and has begun pre-order sales. The price is 68,200 yen each.
Pre-orders are being accepted at the STRICT-G Online Store within Premium Bandai, with shipping scheduled for November. General sales will begin on November 2 at the STRICT-G Tokyo Odaiba Store, Tokyo Solamachi Store, NEOPASA Shizuoka (downhill) Store, and Taga SA (downhill) Store.
The jacket is made with DX down as padding and AURORA TEX, a waterproof breathable material with water pressure resistance of 20,000 mm and moisture permeability of 6,000 g/m2/24hrs, for the outer fabric, and comes with a hood. Watertight zippers are used on the front and pockets, and the inside of the pockets are made of raised material so that they can be used as hand warmers.
The WHITEBASE model has the mark of the Earth Federation Forces on the left chest and the mark of the battleship “White Base” on the left sleeve. The White Base is also designed on the removable hook-and-loop fastener patch on the right chest.
The FARMEL model has the Zeon military mark embroidered on the left chest and left sleeve, and a zipper patch on the right chest features the Zeon battleship Musai.
