Asahi Kasei Homes and Mitsubishi Jisho & Simon will conduct the second demonstration experiment of the “WanPod” sharing service at Gotemba Premium Outlets (1312 Fukazawa, Gotemba City, Shizuoka Prefecture), a special private room for pet dogs.
The “WanPod” is a special air-conditioned private room for pet dogs that can be locked with a smartphone app and connected to a camera to watch over the dog. The experiment will be conducted from October 26 to March 30, 2025, in front of the Itadaki Terrace in Hillside.
The goal is to install them in commercial facilities to prevent accidents and problems that may occur while the vehicle is moored with a lead hook or other means, or while the vehicle is unattended.
