Hoshino Resort Renames Gunma’s Tanigawadake Ropeway “Tanigawadake Yochi”. Not Just for Climbing, but for Spectacular Views and Nature Experience Spots

Hoshino Resort announced that it will change the names of “Tanigawa-dake Ropeway by Hoshino Resort” and “Tanigawa-dake Tenjin-daira Ski Resort by Hoshino Resort” located at the foot of Tanigawa-dake Mountain in Gunma Prefecture, effective December 1. The facilities are located in the Yuhiso-Yufukiyama National Forest, Minakami Town, Tone-gun, Gunma Prefecture.

Tanigawadake Ropeway has been renamed Tanigawadake Joch by Hoshino Resort. In addition, the ropeway will take visitors up to the “Niji-Sanpo Road,” a walking path in the sky, an observatory from an elevation of 1,500 meters offering a 360-degree panoramic view, and an observatory café where visitors can taste specialties such as bread au gratin.

Tanigawadake Tenjindaira Ski Resort, also located at the foot of Mt. Tanigawa, has been renamed “Mt. The “T” stands for the initials of Mt.
