Marriott International and JR Shikoku will open the Courtyard by Marriott Kochi hotel (3-40-1 Honmachi, Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture) in the fall of 2028.
EastGate Hospitality will operate the facility, which will be owned by JR Shikoku. The 14-story building will have a total of 210 rooms, including a fitness gym, meeting rooms, and all-day dining.
The hotel will also participate in Marriott Bonvoy, the official travel program, which will allow guests to earn and spend points.
