Ashikaga Flower Park (607 Sakoma-cho, Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture) is holding the “Flower Garden of Light – Flower Fantasy 2024-25,” an illumination event with over 5 million light bulbs, until February 16, 2025.
In March 2022, it will be re-certified as one of the three major illuminations in Japan. This season, “Snow World,” which includes a 25-meter illumination tower, will make a new appearance. In addition, there will be three seasonally themed productions.
Highlights include “Flower Castle,” where visitors can enjoy fireworks of light; “Kokoro no Homeland,” which uses projection mapping to show the four seasons of Japan; “Kiseki no Ootou,” which uses illumination to show a story from the beginning of blooming to full bloom and fall; “Rose Garden of Light – Happiness Garden” with a 120m-wide mural of light; “Hana no Hana Tezui Happiness Garden,” and the “Flower of Light Hand Water.
The outline of the event is as follows. Advance tickets are available for purchase in advance for a discount.
