Hokkaido event at Osaka Station Ume-Kita. Product Corner / Souvenir Distribution / Sake Drinking Comparison / Fun Experience, etc.

The Executive Committee for Promotion of Hokkaido Visitors will hold a public-private partnership event, “The 3rd This is My HOKKAIDO LOVE!

This is the first large-scale event in the Kansai region to be held by Hokkaido Airport and 10 municipalities (Chitose City, Tomakomai City, Wakkanai City, Kushiro City, Shiranuka Town, Hakodate City, Asahikawa City, Higashikagura Town, Obihiro City, and Ozora Town) where seven airports (New Chitose, Wakkanai, Kushiro, Hakodate, Asahikawa, Obihiro, and Memanbetsu) are located.

Visitors can also experience Hokkaido’s nature and culture through workshops such as making aroma mist, making paper dangling balls, folding paper cranes with red-crowned cranes, painting on ceramics, and collage of Ainu patterns on pottery. In addition, a talk show featuring two well-known directors of Hokkaido Television Broadcasting’s “Wednesday Night Live” to discuss how to enjoy camping in Hokkaido and a fan meeting where visitors can compare sake from the “Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery” with a set of Hokkaido-made snacks will be held.

In addition, visitors can meet and greet local characters “Bear Do” and “Toma Chop” and participate in a stamp rally raffle to win airline goods and local specialties.

Visitors to the event will also receive exchange tickets for “Shiroi Koibito” and “Wakasaimo,” souvenirs of Hokkaido, at Umekita Plaza and Grand Green Osaka.

The main venues are Grand Front Osaka’s Umekita SHIP Hall and Umekita Plaza (4-1 Ohbuka-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka) and Grand Green Osaka North Hill (6 Ohbuka-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka). For more information, please check the special website.
