Daiwa House Realty Management will open Daiwa Roynet Hotel Akita Ekimae (2-3-20 Nakadori, Akita City, Akita Prefecture) on February 14, 2025.
With the opening of this hotel, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Akita (2-2-41 Omachi, Akita City, Akita Prefecture) will cease operations on December 29 (last night on December 28).
Located a five-minute walk from the west exit of JR Akita Station, the hotel is said to be convenient for both sightseeing and business as it is surrounded by the “Akita Ekimae Oyane Street” arcade and many corporate offices.
The 13-story building has 214 guest rooms of various types, including 54 “Standard Double” rooms for one or two persons, two “Junior Suites” for groups, and two “Forces” rooms. Room rates range from 9,000 yen to 50,000 yen per room for a “standard double”.
The third floor features a large public bath and Daiwa Roynet Hotels’ first sauna with automatic low-rhyu. In addition, there is a water bath with a chiller (cooling water circulation system) and an outdoor air bath space.
