Keikyu EX Inn will renovate some floors of a rental apartment in Keikyu EX Inn Keikyu Kamata Ekimae (4-45-3 Kamata, Ota-ku, Tokyo) into rooms for mid- to long-term stays, and reopen on November 1.
The new 12 rooms include three semi-double rooms (bed width 1200mm) and nine double rooms (bed width 1600mm). Located on the 11th and 13th floors of the upper floors, the rooms offer a night view toward Haneda. All rooms are approximately 26m2 larger than the existing rooms, and are equipped with a drum-type automatic washer/dryer, IH cooking heater, microwave oven, and cooking utensils. The rooms are designed to be comfortable even for long stays.
The hotel is located about a 3-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station on the Keikyu Line, providing easy access to Haneda Airport and the Tokyo and Yokohama areas for business and sightseeing. The hotel also has a large public bath where guests can bathe in the open air. In addition, a self check-in machine “Smare” is scheduled to be put into operation on the same day, November 1.
