JALUX commemorated the 30th anniversary of the “JAL Dream Express” with the release of original items featuring the first plane.
JAL Dream Express was created in 1994 with the desire to deliver dream-filled air travel. The aircraft was specially painted with original artwork of Mickey Mouse and his friends. This time, four items featuring the original artwork of the first plane have been reprinted. The items are available at “JAL Shopping JAL Mall”, some airport stores “JAL PLAZA”, and on JAL domestic flights.
The lineup includes the first model plane, acrylic key chain, travel sticker, and stainless steel bottle. The model plane is a 1/200 BOEING 747-100 snap-in model with serial number.
Key chains are also available in colors that are full of the atmosphere of the time, and stickers are available in sizes that can be inserted into a smartphone case. The stainless steel bottle will be sold from January 2025 as a limited edition item for in-flight sales on JAL domestic flights. The company plans to develop more original items in the future.
