JCB and Hiroshima Electric Railway Co. began accepting applications for the Hiroshima Electric Railway JCB Card S, a credit card for individuals with no annual fee forever, on November 1.

The “Mobile Instant Enrollment Service” is used to complete the screening process in as little as five minutes after the card application is submitted, and can be used for online shopping and in stores before the card is received. After enrollment, the cardholder can immediately register for MOBIRY DAYS, and can charge the balance and purchase commuter passes.

A new member enrollment campaign will be held, offering up to 17,500 yen cash back if you enroll and fulfill the conditions between November 1 and April 30, 2025. Conditions include “charging a balance of 5,000 yen or more” or “purchasing a commuter pass of 5,000 yen or more” at MOBIRY DAYS, and spending 20,000 yen or more to less than 50,000 yen or shopping 50,000 yen or more.

The card offers preferential treatment at more than 200,000 locations in Japan and overseas, and earns up to 10% of “Oki Doki points” administered by JCB depending on the amount spent on the card.
