Bee’s released the “Tent Sauna Set Usa Sauna Nau” from the outdoor brand DOD on November 1.
All-in-one set includes tent body, pegs, rope, wood stove body, chimney, rostol, intake duct, fireproof sheet, stone basket, and special carry bag. Price: 148,500 yen.
This tent sauna can be used by up to four people. When the wood stove is ignited at an outside temperature of 7°C, the temperature reaches 90°C in 30 minutes and 100°C in 45 minutes after the door is closed. With 10 kg of hardwood firewood, a temperature of 90°C can be maintained inside the tent. The tent measures 340 x 220 x 175 cm when deployed, 64 x 33 x 33 cm when stored, and weighs 11 kg.
The risk of carbon monoxide leaks is reduced by eliminating the air supply port from the stove by using a duct structure that draws outside air directly into the stove.
Three-layer fabric with high thermal insulation properties and aluminum sheet on the inside. The outer fabric is flame retardant.
The tent can be set up by one person because of the structure in which the poles are assembled and then the fabric is hooked to the poles. The optional “Fly Sheet for Tent Sauna” (19,800 yen) can be used even in the rain.
The wood stove is designed vertically to save space, and there is a basket for stones so that waxing is possible. A special fireproof sheet is also included. The size is 31 x 36 x 76 cm. including the chimney, the height is 272 cm. The stone basket is 30 x 30 x 30 cm, weighs 2 kg, and comes with its own bag.
