Eye-Topia’s “Megane Store,” a chain of eyeglass stores, launched “Kerorin Bathroom Glasses,” glasses for baths and saunas, on November 7.
The glasses are designed in the motif of a “Kerorin tub” printed with advertisements for Toyama Megumi Pharmaceutical’s antipyretic analgesic “Kerorin,” and are priced at 6,578 yen. Three colors are available: yellow, clear, and black. The power range is -2.00 to -6.00.
The tip of the temple, where it meets the earpiece, is round and is designed with the Kerorin logo. The left and right temples also have the same logo as the one printed on the keroline tub.
The lenses come standard with anti-darkening coating, and the frame and lenses are made of polycarbonate with a heat resistance temperature of 120°C. In addition, no metal parts are used, so they will not rust even when wet.
A special plastic case with a keroline bucket motif design with a hole for drainage is also included. The product will be sold at all Megane Store stores, the official online store, and Rakuten Ichiba.
