The Disney Christmas Liner, a Christmas-only wrapped monorail on the Disney Resort Line connecting the two parks and hotels at Tokyo Disney Resort, has returned for the first time in five years.
The train’s interior is decorated with Christmas-inspired decorations to add to the holiday mood, allowing passengers to enjoy the holiday spirit even during the journey. In addition to Disney characters in toy-like designs, there are illustrations of gift boxes and ornaments, and even wreaths on the windows.
Of particular interest are the suspension straps on each car. They are Mickey Shape wearing a Santa hat. You may find yourself staring at the cute, fluffy hat on the suspension straps while riding the train! The feet also have a Christmas-colored plaid pattern, kind of like a sweater, don’t they?
The operation hours are being announced on the official website. Only one pink Resort Liner (Type C) train is available.
During this period, you can get an original Christmas-only sticker by talking to a Cast Member. The stickers have the logos “HAPPY HOLIDAYS” and “DISNEY RESORT LINE” in the image of the Disney Christmas Liner. The Mickey-shaped strap has a little Santa hat on it.
Specially designed “Free Ticket” (3 patterns in total) will also be available at each station. Souvenir medals, perfect for Christmas memories, are also available in the same patterns as the Disney Christmas Liner dereliction.
