NEXCO East Japan holds a PR event for the “Winter Pass 2025” at Umihotaru. Games to win manatee goods and meet and greet with local characters.

NEXCO East Japan Kanto Branch Office will hold the first event “Let’s enjoy a winter trip on the expressway at a discount! event will be held at the Tokyo Bay Aqualine Umihotaru PA. The event will be held on November 30 from 10:00 to 15:00.

The service is available for a maximum of two or three consecutive days between December 2 and April 7, 2025.

In addition, visitors to the booth will be able to participate in a “reflex game” by answering a simple questionnaire, and depending on the result of the measurement, they will receive a “Mannerity” character, the company’s character for improving manners, as a gift. In addition, visitors will be able to try their hand at target practice and receive a toy.

In addition, there will be a winter traffic safety awareness campaign, a meet-and-greet with Tochimaru-kun and Manatee, Tochigi Prefecture’s local characters, on stage, and a raffle for local Tochigi goods.
