Tobu Zoo (110 Suga, Miyashiro-cho, Minami Saitama-gun, Saitama Prefecture) will hold limited events from November 30 to December 21 and December 14 to 20, where visitors can see a baby white tiger in the backspace before the park opens to the public.
The two babies were born on November 7, weighing over 1 kg, and their eyes are beginning to open. They are currently being kept in the back space, and while the general public can view the LIVE video through a display set up in Cat World, the parent and child in the back space will be open to the public on a limited basis.
On Saturdays, Sundays, and Wednesdays from November 30 to December 21, visitors can observe a white tiger undergoing a health checkup through the fence for about 10 minutes from 3:30 to 3:40 pm. The maximum number of visitors is 4 each day, and the fee is 3,000 yen per person (admission fee not included).
From December 14 to 20, visitors can watch a white tiger parent and child in backspace a total of four times at 15-minute intervals from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. each day. The maximum number of visitors is 10 each time, and the fee is 2,000 yen per person (admission fee not included).
Tickets for both events will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at “PassMarket” on the day of the event.
