Daruma Mickey” will appear at the Disney Store again this year! Let’s celebrate the New Year with a complete set of shimekidori, kadomatsu, and kagamimochi (mirror-shaped rice cakes)!

Walt Disney Japan will release New Year’s items for the Disney Store on December 6.

The new collection “NEW YEAR 2025” focuses on items incorporating Daruma designs. Just by decorating, you can enjoy the festive atmosphere of the New Year. The lineup includes kadomatsu (2,500 yen), plush toy set (2,800 yen), shimekari (3,900 yen), decorative fan (2,500 yen), and kagamimochi (950 yen).

Also on sale this year, in collaboration with Fukushima Prefecture’s Shirakawa Daruma Sohonpo, are authentic Daruma dolls featuring characters such as Mickey Mouse in a snake scarf and Minnie Mouse in a dot pattern, in reference to the year of the snake, the Chinese zodiac sign for 2025. There are six types available, priced at 1,600 yen each.
