The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Grant Agreement (G/A) with the government of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania on November 29 in Nouakchott, the capital of the country, for the “Fishery Research Vessel Construction Project.
For the detailed design of this project, a grant aid donation agreement of up to 52 million yen has already been signed in September 2023.
