The report assesses the operational efficiency, infrastructure status, and economic impact of the OSBPs using indicators (KPIs) such as trade volume, time savings, and border procedures. It also presents the role of OSBP in PIDA and AfCFTA (African Continental Free Trade Area) through achievements, challenges, and good practices, and provides recommendations to promote trade facilitation based on these AU policies.
