Casio Computer Co., Ltd. will release the “BABY-G+PLUS BGD-10KKM,” a collaboration model with Sanrio “Kuromi,” on December 20 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the shock-resistant BABY-G watch for women. The price is 16,500 yen.
Kuromi is the brand ambassador of BABY-G, and this model features Kuromi’s image in black, purple and pink coloring. The entire watch is designed with Kuromi with the BABY-G “BG” logo on his forehead, Kuromi’s face appears on the LCD when the backlight is turned on, and Kuromi’s watch face is engraved on the back cover.
The base model BGD-10K is designed for two-way use as a wristwatch and charm, and the watch itself can be carried in a special holder with a strap. The holder is a translucent purple color inspired by Chromi. It can also be decorated with the included stickers.
