Mitsui Outlet Park, operated by Mitsui Fudosan Commercial Management, will hold its semi-annual winter sale “SUPER OUTLET SALE” at five facilities in the Kanto region (Kisarazu, Iruma, Makuhari, Tama Minami-Osawa, and Yokohama Bayside). The period is from December 26 to January 19, 2025.

Up to 80% off on winter items you can wear now, fashion accessories such as brand-name watches and shoes, and household goods, as well as a chance to save on your outing coordination, travel, and outdoor goods.

In addition, the popular annual grab bags will be available in two sales methods: “Advance Sales” (December 26-31), which will start selling before the end of the year, and “New Year’s Day Sales” (January 1-3), which will start selling on the first day of the year. Details will be released on December 20 on the official page of each facility.

In addition, to celebrate the sale of the 2025 Fukubukuro, an SNS campaign is underway to win luxurious prizes. By following the official Instagram account of Mitsui Outlet Park (@mitsuioutlet) and commenting “Kaisen” or “Tabi” on the campaign post, one lucky person will win a “Kaisen” grab bag set worth 200,000 yen or a “Tabi” grab bag set worth 200,000 yen each. The application period is from December 2 to January 13, 2025.

During the sale period, each facility will also be running a campaign to give away shopping and dining coupons that can be used at Mitsui Outlet Parks, as well as a New Year’s lucky draw and other events.
