Atugawa Banana Crocodile Garden (1253-10 Naramoto, Higashi Izu-cho, Kamo-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture) will begin offering “Atugawa Banana Crocodile Garden Daifuku Crocodile Mini Figure Ball Chain,” a mini figure of the garden’s popular sweets, as a prize product (crane game prize) at Taito Stations nationwide, starting December 28.
At the Atugawa Banana Crocodile Park, which uses hot spring heat to breed crocodiles and cultivate tropical plants, the “Daifuku Crocodile” is a Japanese sweet that has earned a reputation as “too cute to eat. Daifuku crocodiles are Japanese sweets that have gained a reputation for being “too cute to eat.” Daifuku crocodiles look as if they are chomping on bananas, and are sold year-round. Daifuku and pink cherry blossom Daifuku are also available.
Daifuku crocodiles, which are usually only available at the park’s fruit parlor, will be made into mini-figures with chains that can be taken along on outings, and the lineup will include a total of six types: Kusa Daifuku, Shiro Daifuku, and Sakura Daifuku, each with a banana and strawberry in his mouth.
