3COINS (3COINS) released a “Smart Camera” that watches over you with your smartphone. The price is 4,180 yen. It will be available at some stores nationwide and on the official online shopping site “Parcel Closet.
This camera works with the dedicated “GH Smart” app (Android/iOS version) to check the room from outside the house. The camera has an automatic tracking function that notifies the app when it detects a moving subject. The camera can also take pictures at night when using the infrared mode.
The application allows users to call out from a distance with the microphone function, sound a siren alarm from the camera’s built-in speaker, and record and take video and still images by controlling the camera’s orientation.
