Hotel Associa Toyohashi (Nishiyuku, Hanada-cho, Toyohashi, Aichi) has released “Toyohashi Railway 100th Anniversary Collaboration Room. The period of stay is from January 11 to March 31, 2025.
The interior will be decorated in the image of Toyohashi Railway cars and information signs. In addition to installing the head mark of the T1000 and the seat of the 3500 that were actually used, visitors can experience running a streetcar in an original diorama created by Toyohashi Railway’s modeling department. A DVD showing the front of the tramcar, which is being shown for the first time, will also be available for in-room viewing.
In the lobby on the first floor, a T1000 cab panel and Toyohashi Railway original capsule toys are available. Guests can take a commemorative photo wearing a crew member’s uniform.
Included as a bonus is a “Iko-mai Toyohashi Train/Bus One-Day Free Pass” that allows unlimited rides on Toyotetsu train and bus routes (excluding highway buses) within Toyohashi City. The number of passengers can also take home a card key with an original design inspired by the train (3 types) and postcards (6 types) depicting Toyohashi city and the train by Hikosada Ina.
Rates are 20,000 yen for one or two persons, and 24,000 yen for three persons (using an extra bed).
