Cathay Pacific Airways will begin seasonal nonstop service from Hong Kong to Rome with three flights per week on June 5. In addition, the Hong Kong – Milan route, which is currently operated five times a week, will be operated on a daily basis from the summer season to improve convenience to the two Italian cities.
The wide-body Airbus 350-900 will be used for the direct flight to Rome, with a total of 280 seats in three classes: Economy Class, Premium Economy Class, which is more spacious than Economy Class, and Business Class, which has a full-flat bed. The flight schedule is as follows
