Oda Atsushi Renewal construction at Odawara-Higashi IC to Ninomiya IC; continuous day and night restrictions on weekends after GW

NEXCO Central Japan, Tokyo Branch will enforce day and night continuous overtaking lane restrictions, two-way traffic restrictions, and low-speed driving restrictions during the renewal work between Odawara-Higashi IC and Ninomiya IC on the Odawara-Atsugi Road from April 7, 9:00 to August 8, 24:00.

The road will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays, day and night, except on April 12, 13, 19, and 20, and during Golden Week from midnight on April 26 to 8:00 a.m. on May 7. Traffic congestion of up to 10 km or more than one hour is expected during the construction period, and drivers are urged to use the Nishi-Shon Bypass or the Tomei Expressway for detours.

Continuous day and night overtaking lane restrictions will be enforced on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. April 7 to 24:00 a.m. April 25 and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. May 7, and continuous day and night two-way traffic restrictions from May 13 to August 1. During the changeover to two-way traffic restrictions, all control vehicles will be lined up side by side in all lanes and will drive at a low speed of 10 to 20 km/h.
