JR West Japan Group and Yamamoto Shoten released “Platypus Ikochan x Caffarel Ikochan Can (2025)” limited to JR West Japan area and in limited quantities. Priced at 1,566 yen for a pack of 5 pieces.
Last year, ICOCA’s character “Ico-chan the Platypus” was launched as the first Valentine’s Day product in a can in collaboration with the long-established Italian chocolate brand “Caffarel”. This year, “Ganduja Chocolate” was newly added to the lineup, and the can (60 x 90 x 34 mm), which can be enjoyed even after eating, has a cute design inspired by “Ico-chan’s Trip to Italy.
In addition to being sold at eki-naka stores in the Keihanshin area of JR West, it will also be sold at the 10th floor event space at JR Kyoto Isetan from February 4 to 14.
