Tobu Top Tours, Tobu Railway, and Nishigaki have announced that they will open one of the largest glamping facilities in the area in the spring of 2026 on land adjacent to Tobu Zoo (Shiraoka City, Saitama Prefecture). The facility will be operated by TN Leisure Create LLC, a newly established company in which the companies have invested.
Located in a location easily accessible from the suburbs of the Tokyo metropolitan area, the hotel plans to have a total of 15 lodging buildings of two types: eight “dome-type” lodging buildings for families and groups of several people, and seven “cottage-type” lodging buildings with private dog runs where people can stay with their dogs.
Both types of lodging facilities are characterized by the fact that each building is independent, allowing guests to experience nature in a private space. Barbecue facilities are also included, and guests can enjoy meals prepared with local ingredients.
The company will consider sales measures that make the most of its ability to attract 1.2 million visitors a year, such as set plans for glamping accommodations with Tobu Zoo and Park (110 Suga, Miyashiro-cho, Minami Saitama-gun, Saitama Prefecture), a hybrid leisureland with a zoo, amusement park, etc., and benefits for guests, to provide experiences not available at any other glamping facility. The company plans to provide an experience that cannot be found at any other glamping facility.
Reservations will be accepted mainly through ResortGlamping.com, a reservation site for glamping and resort villas, and Inuyado, a reservation platform for accommodations with pets.
Details of the facilities to be opened will be announced as soon as they are determined.
