AEON TOWN has decided to open a shopping center “AEON TOWN Higashi Urawa” (1-1-6 Higashi Urawa, Midori-ku, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) in Midori-ku, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture. The opening is scheduled for spring 2026.
The planned site is located 50m north of Higashiurawa Station on the JR Musashino Line. The concept is “Wellness Station” as an urban shopping center.
The 4-story steel-framed building will be constructed on a 2802.45 m2 site. The building will house approximately 20 stores, including supermarkets, restaurants, drugstores, clinics, and other service stores.
Approximately 20 parking spaces and 190 bicycle parking spaces are planned.
