VALM will open a villa for rent “UMI-YAMA CHIKURA” (1470-2 Kitaasoi, Chikura-cho, Minami-Boso-shi, Chiba Prefecture) on January 24.
The villa is located at the foot of a mountain, about 5 minutes by car from the coast. The villa was renovated from a former villa, creating a cozy space with a nostalgic feeling.
The dining room and kitchen overlook the rice paddies that stretch all around, and the outdoor living room with a wooden deck for enjoying BBQs is attached to the kitchen. Other features include a garden where you can relax around a fire pit, a sauna and water bath with a view of the ocean, three bedrooms, and a theater room.
The house can be used not only as a base for travel, but also as a place to spend free time throughout the day, taking a sauna while enjoying the view of the sea and mountains, or enjoying cooking and BBQ with fresh seafood purchased at a nearby fishing port.
