Crypton Future Media has announced that the Hokkaido support character “Snow Miku” has become the main character for the “Mikasa City x Snow Miku Machimiguri Campaign.
The city will produce original illustrations of Snow Miku using famous places in Mikasa City as motifs, distribute “Mikasa City x Snow Miku City Tour Map” using the illustrations, produce collaboration goods, and set up photo spots at six locations in the city. The event will run from January 31 to September 30.
The key visual is by illustrator Maou. Snow Miku and Rabbit Yukine travel around Mikasa City, which flourished as the birthplace of coal and railroads. Deformed illustrations of ski slopes, the Hatsune-cho bus stop, and a shaft turret were also created as motifs of Mikasa City.
Original goods using original illustrations from the campaign will also be available, with details to be announced later on a special page.
