The book features food from 41 Asian countries and regions, from Korea to the Arabian Peninsula, with more than 1,300 gourmet recipes. It also introduces must-try gourmet foods of each country selected by the editorial staff, travel knowledge and miscellaneous information, recipes to reproduce authentic tastes at home, and restaurants where you can enjoy the tastes of each country in Japan.
