Nishi-Nippon Railroad announced the 126 commercial tenants for the One Fuokuoka Building (1-11-1 Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture), which will open on April 24.

One Building is a large complex building to be opened in the Tenjin Big Bang area, the symbol of Tenjin promoted by Fukuoka City. The building will have 19 floors above ground and four floors below, and will include a hotel, offices, commercial facilities, a sky lobby, and a parking lot.

Of the 126 stores to be announced, 26 are new business categories, 34 are first-time openings in Kyushu, and 22 are first-time openings in Fukuoka Prefecture. In Fukuoka Prefecture, more than 60% (82 stores) will open only in one building.

The total seating capacity of the 30 food and beverage outlets is approximately 1,800, which is considered one of the largest capacities in the Tenjin area. It also has 19 food and beverage outlets, 10 cafes, and a rest area with approximately 180 seats, and is recommended not only as a base for walking around town, but also for use as a meeting place or for business purposes.

The composition and features of each floor are as follows
