Universal Studios Japan will hold a special program “Jurassic World Journey” in the Jurassic Park area to experience the real world of dinosaurs. The program will run from March 14 to August 31.
Highlights include “Jurassic World Raptor Alert,” where Raptors that escaped from the lab surround guests and fight one after another; “Jurassic World Dino Encounter,” where guests can feed large dinosaurs; and “Jurassic World Baby Dino Adventure,” where guests can interact with baby dinosaurs. Visitors can also enjoy various experiences in the area, such as the “Jurassic World Mission Walk,” a rally-type event where visitors complete tasks to become dinosaur investigators, and a photo spot where they can take pictures with the Gyrosphere, a transparent spherical mobility device that also appears in the movie.
In addition, the “Discovery Restaurant,” which is a recreation of the Visitor Center in the movie, will be redesigned as a hamburger restaurant with a new menu on March 8. The menu features wild dinosaur-inspired burgers such as the “T-REX Burger Set,” which features black buns and beef to express the power of the dinosaurs.
Cart sales will include popcorn buckets shaped like the Gyrosphere and Baby Raptor, as well as jungle-inspired chocolate churritos.
