Mori Building opens GlassRock. Toranomon Hills Station Tower redevelopment is completed with the opening of Maruzen Junkudo’s new business and other stores.

Located in the center of Mori Tower and Station Tower, the facility has four floors above ground and three floors below with a total floor area of approximately 8,800m2, with a large-scale pedestrian deck “T-Deck” running through the second floor. With the opening of the seven GlassRock stores, the commercial space of Toranomon Hills will expand to approximately 170 stores and 26,000m2.

magmabooks (2nd and 3rd floors) Maruzen Junkudo Bookstore is developing a new type of bookstore based on the concept of “strike while the knowledge is hot. The new bookstore will provide an experience-based space centered on encounters with “knowledge” that goes beyond the “sales” space offered by conventional bookstores. Specifically, it will offer “Question Walk,” which links various “questions” to books and creates encounters with books, “Knowledge Forest,” an editorial bookshelf, and “magmaLOUNGE,” a paid lounge that pursues concentration and relaxation. In addition to the existing sales floor (3rd floor) structured by genre, there will be a sales floor (2nd floor) edited by theme to present new world views and values through bookshelves. In addition, exhibitions and collaborative events will be held in the gallery space.

Uchu Brewing Toranomon (2F) The first permanent store in the Tokyo metropolitan area of Uchu Brewing, a craft beer brewery brewed in the nature of Yatsugatake with a space theme. The lineup includes IPAs with intense hop aromas and smoothie beers made with plenty of fruit. In addition to enjoying draft beer poured from six taps, including a limited variety, canned beer to-go and other goods will be available for purchase.

TULLY’S COFFEE & TEA (1st floor) Opened as a flagship store. The store will offer unique products such as flavored teas, seasonal fruit teas, and Darjeeling teas that convey the deliciousness of black tea.

BENOIT NIHANT (1st floor) A chocolate brand store established by Benoit Nihant, a chocolatier with a background as a former engineer. It offers tablets and bonbon chocolates made from carefully selected cacao, as well as cookie tins and financiers. The shop also offers many new items that are being introduced for the first time.

ROSE GALLERY (1st floor) The concept is “tradition and innovation” of roses. It carries fresh flowers and fragrances of “Timeless Roses” and “Vintage Roses” made from only the finest and rarest varieties of roses. The Toranomon Hills store will also feature the ethical brand “re:ROSE”.

BANANA REPUBLIC (B2F) A global lifestyle brand founded in San Francisco in 1978. Banana Republic’s collections are said to be versatile and offer a lineup that can be worn beautifully for years to come.
