Tokushima Bus Co. will introduce a credit card touch-payment boarding service on February 18 for its airport limousine bus service between Tokushima Station and Tokushima Airport. The company will be the first transportation operator in Tokushima Prefecture to introduce this service.
Payment terminals are provided at the fare box, which can be used by touching the card or a smart phone with the card set at the time of getting off the bus.
The brands covered are Visa, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and UnionPay, with Mastercard to be added in the future. Usage history can be checked on the “Q-move” website.
