Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu” Grand Opening of the 4th expansion area on June 23. 30 new stores, including the largest NIKE store in Japan

Mitsui Fudosan announced the grand opening on June 23 of the fourth phase of its expansion plan for Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu (3-1-1 Kanada-higashi, Kisarazu, Chiba Prefecture).

In the fourth phase expansion area, 30 new stores will open, including the largest “NIKE” store in Japan, “instant skateboards,” a skateboarder’s fashion brand that will open for the first time in outlet Japan, “SOPH.”, a limited-time pop-up, and “PXG”, a golf brand, for a total of The new outlet will evolve into a large-scale resort outlet with 330 stores, the largest in Japan in terms of the number of stores.

In addition, a new “roof terrace,” a large roof plaza of approximately 700 m2, and a permanent skateboard park, the first outlet of its kind in Japan, will be built. On the roof terrace, “SHAKE SHACK” and “Starbucks Coffee” will open stores and provide terrace seating. The skateboard park is designed by “instant skateboards” for both beginners and advanced skaters, and weekly skateboard school will be held.

In addition, the common areas of the building will be decorated with artwork by Herald Bonnie contracted artists for restroom decorations, guest lockers, and vending machine wrappings, creating a fun and sunny atmosphere. The hotel will offer a stay and experience unique to Kisarazu.

In addition, to meet the diverse needs of family customers, the company will update facilities in existing areas and services for members.

A new “Kids Park,” a children’s playground based on the concept of a “resort,” is scheduled to be built in the summer of 2025 near the food court in the existing area. Original playground equipment with an image of waves will be installed in a square of approximately 400m2.

As for services with pets, a dog run operated by the pet goods store ILIO and the “sakagamike café” where you can enjoy a meal with your pet facing the Boso Garden opened in April 2024, prior to the grand opening of the 4th phase expansion area. The building is also equipped with pet toilets, foot-washing and water fountains, and leash hooks.
