Business Objectives
This project aims to strengthen the capacity for measurement and analysis of air pollutants originating from mobile sources such as vehicles by establishing vehicle emission gas measuring stations in the cities of North and South Dhaka and Chotgram, thereby contributing to the strengthening of air pollution control capacity.

(a) Details of facilities, equipment, etc.
Equipment
Vehicle emission gas measuring stations (Fixed stations: 5 stations in North and South Dhaka, 2 stations in Chotgram. 1 mobile station), central monitoring facilities (workstations, etc.)
Seven items (CO, NO, NO2, SO2, PM2.5, PM10, O3) are measured.
(b) Consulting services/software component details
Detailed design, bidding assistance, procurement supervision, and as a soft component, guidance on the development of a maintenance and inspection plan, data accuracy management, and analytical capability for a vehicle emissions measurement station.
Maximum Amount of Provision
835 million yen
Scheduled implementation period
37 months
The project shall be completed at the time of delivery of the equipment.
