ANA will hold “Haneda Hangar Private Tour” on March 23 and 30, organized by an active mechanic.
In addition to the hangar, one active mechanic per group will guide the group through the maintenance shop, which is the first time the company has opened it to the public. During the tour, the mechanic will provide enthusiastic explanations and answer participants’ questions, making the tour last about three hours. The tour will be conducted in two parts, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, for a total of four tours.
When visiting the training aircraft (JA301K), visitors can actually enter the cockpit and see the inside of the training aircraft. During the life vest wearing experience, visitors can actually inflate their life vests. Those who participate in the tour will receive an original flight tag depicting the aircraft and its mechanics as a souvenir.
The fee is 172,500 yen per couple, with a maximum of four people per couple. The number of couples to be accepted is 3 for each session. Applications will be accepted by lottery entry system from 2:00 p.m. on February 4 to 11:59 p.m. on February 11 on the dedicated website, and the results will be notified on February 13.
