The bus terminal in front of the building provides access to major terminal stations such as Tokyo, Shimbashi, Kinshicho, and Haneda Airport, the gateway to the sky. The hotel is also close to Tokyo Big Sight, where various exhibitions are held, making it an ideal hotel for business as well as leisure. The 17-story building has 363 guest rooms (7 types and 11 categories), a restaurant, bar, 24-hour fitness room, 2 meeting rooms, and a laundry room for long-term guests. This is the 30th Hilton-branded hotel in Japan and the eighth Doubletree-branded hotel, and the first to open in the Kanto area. The Doubletree brand is known for its “hospitality and comfort. Comfortable. Smart. It is positioned as a “hotel that offers a humanized travel experience,” and is designed to offer a casual stay. The freshly baked chocolate chip cookies that are handed out upon check-in are a service unique to the Doubletree brand.

There are two dining facilities: an all-day dining restaurant “SAUS” on the first floor and a casual bar “Brew33 Bar” on the second floor. The restaurant features a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes and a wide range of seasonings. The restaurant focuses on two comfort food items: hamburgers and ethnic noodles. Both are prepared using carefully selected ingredients and the chef’s special recipe. Brew33 Bar is a casual bar that can be casually entered. The price of a glass of beer starts at 780 yen, and highballs are available for 680 yen. The bar is equipped with a large 165-inch monitor, allowing customers to enjoy their bar time while watching sports and other events.

Starbucks coffee is available in the lounge next to the lobby. The lobby area on the second floor features the Brew33 Lounge, a lobby lounge. With sofas and tables as well as charging spots, this space can be used for work and other tasks. In this corner is the “We Proudly Serve Starbucks Coffee Program,” where Starbucks coffee is available on a self-serve basis. An espresso machine using Starbucks beans is placed in the corner, and anyone can enjoy the coffee by simply placing a cup on the machine and operating the touch panel. Payment can be made by credit card or electronic money.

Three types of room grades will be available. DoubleTree by Hilton Tokyo Ariake will have a total of 363 guest rooms, of which 7 types and 11 types will be available according to grade and bedding. There are three grades: 22m2 “Guest Rooms,” 26-30m2 “Deluxe Rooms,” and 43m2 “Premium Rooms. The hotel does not offer an executive floor or executive lounge, which are often used by Hilton affiliates. In terms of facilities, the main feature of all rooms is that they are equipped with separate bathtubs and rain showers.
