Walt Disney Japan will release the “DISNEY CAT DAY 2025” collection at the Disney Store on February 7. The collection commemorates Cat Day (February 22) and includes characters from the movie “Fashionable Cat” and the villain Lucifer from the movie “Cinderella.
The most important point is the design, which is based on a scene from the movie. The “hug pillow” (4,400 yen), in particular, recreates a scene in which the doll is completely covered in clothes. The clothes can be removed and the plush toy can be held alone.
In addition to the plush keychain (2,200 yen), the lineup also includes Jack the rat, reminiscent of the slapstick scenes in the film, and the relationship between Gus and Lucifer. The design of the two characters looking for each other seems to indicate that a story is about to be spun.
The “vanity pouch” (3,900 yen), “pouch” (3,300 yen), and other items that can be used every day and can be admired for their cuteness will also go on sale at the same time.
In addition, a store-exclusive “plushie” (5,800 yen) is also available. This plushie is reminiscent of Lucifer in the movie, with his head resting on a cane as he ponders. Jack the Rat is in the same pose. They are magnetically attached to each other.
It will be available at Disney Flagship Tokyo, Tokyo Disney Resort stores, online, and on the “Disney Flagship Tokyo Japan Tour”.
