MAIMO’s “Airstep” is a lightweight suitcase weighing approximately 2 kg that can be carried like a bag. Capacity of 30L for day trips to 3 nights.

KURUKURU released the lightweight suitcase “Airstep” from the travel brand “MAIMO” on February 5. It is priced at 14,980 yen.

It is available in deep black and white beige, and will be available in coral orange and ice gray by the end of 2025.

This compact suitcase weighs approximately 2 kg and uses modified polyolefin, a “special material PRO” that is durable and lightweight, and can be carried on board with a size of 37 x 24.5 x 43 cm. With a capacity of approximately 30L, it can accommodate from a one-day trip to a three-night trip. Pockets on both sides inside prevent the luggage from collapsing when opened.

The casters are HINOMOTO’s “SILENT RUN” casters, which can be removed with an Allen wrench for washing in water or replacement. One spare caster is included with the main unit.

Dedicated spare casters (1,280 yen) will also be available on February 8 at official EC, Amazon, Yahoo! Shopping, and Rakuten Ichiba.
