Daiwa House Realty Management opened “Daiwa Roynet Hotel Akita Ekimae” (2-3-20 Nakadori, Akita City, Akita Prefecture) on February 14.
It is a 5-minute walk from JR Akita Station (West Exit) and a 10-minute drive from the Akita Chuo Interchange on the Akita Expressway. The area is convenient for both sightseeing and business, with the “Akita Ekimae Oyane Street” arcade and many corporate offices in the vicinity.
The 13-story building has a total of 214 guest rooms. There are 6 types of rooms for 1 to 2 persons, including “Standard Double” and “Deluxe Queen,” and 3 types of rooms for 1 to 3 or 4 persons, including “Universal Rooms” designed for safety and ease of use, and “Force” rooms equipped with a microwave oven, freezer, and projector.
Bath and toilet facilities are unit bath (standard double and universal rooms), semi separate (all doubles, queens, and twins except standard double), and fully separate (junior suites and forces).
The washbasin sinks in the Junior Suites and Forces are said to be of the double-bowl design, which can be used comfortably by multiple people.
In addition to a large public bath, the third floor will feature the Daiwa Roynet Hotel’s first sauna. The sauna is equipped with an “auto-laury” system that fills the sauna room with steam at regular intervals, a water bath (with a cooling circulation system), and an outdoor air bath space.
The lobby is located on the second floor, and in addition to the amenities bar, a meeting room (for a fee) is available.
