Route Inn Japan opened its ninth location in Fukushima Prefecture, Hotel Route Inn Grand Fukushima Ekimae Higashiguchi (3-21 Sakae-cho, Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture), on February 16.

Located approximately 2 minutes on foot from the East Exit of JR Fukushima Station and approximately 15 minutes by car from the Fukushima Nishi Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway. The 12-story building has a total of 294 rooms, including open single rooms, superior single rooms, and deluxe twin rooms. The hotel also has a natural hot spring bath “Tabi-no-yu” with sauna and water bath, a restaurant “BiKuRa,” and a flat parking lot for 10 cars (for a fee) and a tower-type multi-story parking lot for 68 cars (for a fee).

Breakfast served at the restaurant is always a buffet with more than 30 items, and dinner includes specialties such as slow-cooked spare ribs.

To celebrate the opening, the official website is offering a campaign plan until March 31, in which 6 points (d-points or Ponta points), double the usual 6 points per 100 yen (tax not included) spent on accommodation, can be earned.

The restaurant is also running a campaign until February 28, offering a special price of 999 yen (usually 1,500 yen) for the “90-minute all-you-can-drink” dinner menu, a special price of 999 yen (usually 1,980 yen) for the “spare rib bowl,” and an after-meal ice cream free with a minimum spending of 3,000 yen including tax. The campaign also includes a special price of 999 yen for the “Spare Rib Bowl” (regular price: 1,500 yen).
