WAQ released all two models of the WAQ Ultra Light AirMat, a manual air mat, at its official online store on February 21. They are priced at 14,800 yen each.
Available in square and mummy shapes in two colors, coyote and black, both have an R-value (thermal resistance value) of 6.8 or higher, which indicates heat-insulating power and prevents the transmission of cold air from the ground.
This manual air mat, which is inflated using a storage bag, is lightweight and compact, weighing 640 g (mummy type) and 765 g (square type). Thickness is adjustable up to 7 cm.
Currently only available through the company’s official online store, but will be rolled out gradually on Rakuten Ichiba, Amazon, and Yahoo!
