Business Objectives
This project will provide agricultural extension workers and farmers in wheat growing areas in Northern, River Nile, and Kassala States with wheat seeds and fertilizers, including drought-resistant varieties developed under the JICA technical cooperation project, as well as equipment and capacity building for wheat management from production to storage, The project aims to improve agricultural productivity through the development of a wheat value chain, thereby contributing to strengthening food security and supporting industrial diversification and agriculture in Sudan.

(a) Promote dissemination and demonstration of drought-resistant varieties, including new varieties developed under the preceding JICA technical cooperation project (SATREPS).
(b) Support related to harvesting and post-harvest handling
