On February 27, Korean Air announced that it has received the highest rating of 5 stars in the World Airline Star Rating by SKYTRAX, an airline rating company, for the fifth consecutive year.
SKYTRAX judges boarded seven Korean Air flights and evaluated more than 550 items, including check-in procedures, lounge and other facilities, in-flight meals and in-flight services. Korean Air was rated highly for its flight attendants’ service, foreign language support, and problem-solving skills.
SKYTRAX CEO Edward Plaisted said that the airline has been “highly successful in providing excellent service in all areas, including comfortable cabins and in-flight meals.
