The theme of the chef’s creative menu this time is attractions. The “Special Course” (12,000 yen), inspired by “Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey,” will be served at Magellan’s. The menu starts with hors d’oeuvres using ingredients from Scandinavia, the model for the kingdom of Arendelle, the setting of the movie.
The menu includes a fish dish inspired by Elsa climbing the steps of the ice palace and a meat dish decorated with Arendelle Castle. The desserts are reminiscent of the final scene when Anna and Elsa hold hands, allowing diners to relive the story through their meals.
The “Special Set” (5,800 yen), inspired by “Peter Pan’s Neverland Adventure,” expresses Neverland in the appetizer. The main course is full of playful touches such as a pirate ship and pixie dust made of cheese. The dessert depicts a scene in which Captain Hook is being hunted by the Tick Took Wani, and each dish is filled with a story, so it is sure to be fun to imagine and taste. The S.S. Columbia Dining Room on the luxury liner docked in the harbor also offers a romantic “special course” (8,800 yen to 13,400 yen) inspired by “Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival. This one features an appetizer with a scene of the guests themselves leaving on a boat. The main course is beautifully decorated to resemble Rapunzel’s long magical hair, and includes a variety of meat dishes reminiscent of the lively atmosphere of the Lantern Festival.
The lineup includes “Purple Cream Soda” (1,200 yen) in the color of Rapunzel’s dress and “Special Cocktail” (2,000 yen), which is reminiscent of lantern lights. By toasting with a course and a drink, you will be able to immerse yourself in the world of the story.
Don’t miss Restaurant Sakura’s “Special Set” (4,300 yen), which expresses the cute world of the attraction on a single plate. This menu is a Japanese interpretation of “Fairy Tinkerbell’s Busy Buggy. With seasonal decorations that take you on a tour of the four seasons in the Valley of the Fairies, you will be able to taste which dish is reminiscent of which scene from the attraction: the marshland in summer, the forest in autumn, or the forest in winter.
The “Sparkling Drink (Yuzu, Green Apple, Orange Jelly)” (900 yen), in bright green and yellow colors inspired by Tinker Bell, is a yuzu-based drink that goes well with Japanese food.
