The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has begun providing information on PM2.5 through “TOKYO Atmospheric Information,” an application that allows users to grasp information on air quality that changes with time and location.
Based on location information, the system automatically acquires the atmospheric concentration of the current location from PM2.5 measurements at nearby air measurement stations and displays it on a graph. The system stores up to 365 days of data, and also has a function to reacquire data as a backup in the event that location information cannot be acquired.
