The “HOTEL R9 The Yard” series is a series of hotels equipped with disaster prevention functions. In the event of an emergency, the hotel can be used as a “rescue hotel” and the guest rooms can be promptly relocated to the disaster area.
The Kiryu store is the 100th in the series, and a disaster agreement was signed with Kiryu City on August 28, 2020.
HOTEL R9 The Yard Kiryu is located near Route 122, about 15 minutes by car from the Ota-Kiryu IC on the Kita-Kanto Expressway.
A total of 41 independent guest rooms are available in architectural container modules. No walls are placed between adjacent rooms to maintain quietness and privacy.
The 13m2 room, which can accommodate up to two people, is equipped with a bed, a unit bath, a refrigerator-freezer, a microwave oven, and a humidifying air purifier, achieving a high level of comfort despite its simplicity.
Room rates are from 6,200 yen per person per night for a double room/ 8,700 yen per person per night for two people, and from 6,200 yen per person per night for a twin room/ 9,700 yen per person per night for two people. Free parking for 41 standard and light vehicles is available.
