Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) Sunflower will hold “Sunflower Anniversary Day 2025” on February 1. This is to commemorate the day of the launch of the Sunflower’s service.
Commemorative coasters will be given away on the Kansai-Kyushu route, with a different coaster for each route. In addition, commemorative glass magnets will be distributed only on flights departing from Beppu on the Oita-Beppu route. Both of these gifts can be picked up at the port of embarkation counter.
On the Osaka-Shibushi route, following last October, passenger fares and passenger shipping fees will be reduced by 50% to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the service. The fare for tourist passengers is 5,890 yen, and for suite passengers it is 15,580 yen.
In addition, special events will be held on board each route. The restaurant on the Oita-Kobe route will offer a menu featuring specialties from Oita Prefecture.
